1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging. For full eligibility criteria, please refer to our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or opened supplements
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Downloadable content
  • Final sale items
  • Health products that have been unsealed

3. Requesting a Return

To begin the return process, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return. Attach photos if necessary. We will reply with next steps.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of your refund approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Report any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll offer a replacement or full refund. For shipping policies, please check our Shipping Policy.

6. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please contact us with your order details.

7. Missing Refunds
