You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging. Please review our Terms of Service for more details on eligibility.
The following items are not eligible for return:
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item is damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. For shipping timelines, please visit our Shipping Policy.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch.
