1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. US Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

4. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to address errors. Additional charges may apply for reshipments.

5. Missed Deliveries

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll contact you for reshipment options. A second shipping fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. Para911 is not liable for stolen or lost packages confirmed as delivered.

7. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain packaging. There are no markings or brand references on the outside to ensure your privacy.

8. International Shipping
