Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to address errors. Additional charges may apply for reshipments.
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll contact you for reshipment options. A second shipping fee may apply.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. Para911 is not liable for stolen or lost packages confirmed as delivered.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging. There are no markings or brand references on the outside to ensure your privacy.
